STOPKiT® is the most efficient solution for online leak sealing and online pipe leak repair, capable of sealing leaks in just a few minutes without interrupting operations. This advanced technology is specifically designed for online leak sealing across various applications, including oil, gas, and water leaks. It’s suitable for pipe diameters ranging from 2″ to 56″ and can be used on pipes with complex geometries like ovals, elbows, and weld irregularities.

This patented product serves as an emergency and temporary system, available in several models tailored to the pipe and hole diameter, as well as the environment—whether onshore, offshore, or subsea.

Pressure Capabilities: For hole diameters under 25mm (patch size 50x100mm), STOPKiT® can stop leaks up to 120 bars. For hole diameters up to 50mm (patch size 100x100mm), it can seal leaks up to 50 bars, depending on pipe diameter and temperature.

A specific patch (size 50x50mm) is available for smaller diameters (2″ and 3″) to seal leaks up to 20mm with a maximum pressure of 150 bars.

The installation can be done without shutting down the line pressure.

STOPKiT® Concept

The system operates by concentrating all the needed stress in the pipe at the defect location. The hoop stress needed to stop the leak is brought by the technical strap and the screws. The strong fibers of the strap are temperature and stress resistant.

STOPKiT® Onshore

Ideal for emergency online leak sealing on onshore pipelines. The box includes yellow belts, patches (50x100mm or 100x100mm), stainless steel bars, bolts, screws, and the STOPKiT® Positioner.

STOPKiT® Offshore

Specifically designed for offshore environments, including platforms and subsea conditions. The red belts are lighter, more flexible, and highly resistant to underwater conditions, enhancing long-term efficiency.

STOPKiT® SD (2 & 3″)

Tailored for small pipe diameters (2″ and 3″), available for both onshore and offshore/subsea environments. The box includes appropriate belts, a patch (50x50mm), stainless steel bars, bolts, screws, and the STOPKiT® Positioner.
